Great replacement mats
Great product to melt snow on our deck entryway to the house. Debris from spruce trees is easy to brush off as no carpet surface to stick in to like the snowtrak mats.

Heavy duty mat & great customer service
My first winter using this Mat, so far I am very happy with the purchase. Don't forget to buy the GFCI power unit. I am very please with the way customer services deal with issues.

Great purchase!
Love my Hotstep mats for my back deck landings. The snow from the roof melts nicely if when it lands and I don't get piles of snow collecting beside the steps from shoveling. Recommended. My next purchase will be the hotstep stair mats.

Fantastic Mats!
I have mobility issues, and snow and ice made getting from my house to the garage dangerous. With the porch, stair, and walkway mats installed, winter is finally stress-free. Even with 10–20 inches of snow in Ottawa, the mats stay clear. Outstanding service too. Truly a 10-star company.
